Report a problem from the app

This is the quickest way to get a problem fixed. In the app, go to Settings, then Report a problem. Say what happened, and the app adds the details needed to track it down, including the last few minutes of traffic with your BBS. Passwords are never included. You see everything before it's sent, and nothing leaves your phone until you tap Send. More about what's sent.

Email

Write to app-support@tomfanning.name. Tell us your phone, the app version (in Settings), and your BBS software (LinBPQ or XRouter) and version if you know it.

GitHub

Packet Mail is open source. You can report bugs and suggest ideas in the GitHub issues, or read the source. Please don't post passwords or other people's mail there: issues are public.
